
Baby green bok choy that have been braised and drizzled with tangy fish sauce and sesame oil for an excellent side dish option.
Fill a pasta pot with cold water (1/2 full) and vegetable oil; bring to a full boil. Throw in the baby green Bok Choy and do not put the lid on. Move the greens around to ensure it is cooked evenly about 7-10 minutes depends on your own liking of doneness. Drain the greens and put it into the serving dish. Sprinkle fish sauce, sesame oil and shallots over it and serve immediately. Note: you can also add mushroom to the greens if you like.
