Cheezy Hashbrown Casserole


An easy hashbrown casserole made with frozen potatoes, cheddar cheese, and sour cream that will go great with any main course you wish.



Ingredients:

  • 1 bag frozen hashbrowns  
  • 1 16-oz container sour cream  
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar  
  • 1 can cream soup (mushroom or chicken)  
  • 1 sm onion, minced  
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Method

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease baking dish. Mix all ingredients well except potatoes and parmesan. Fold in potatoes. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
