Creamy Potatoes


A cheesy au gratin potatoes side dish with bacon and onion using frozen hash browns that is cooked using the crock-pot.



Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds frozen hash browns  
  • 2 cups (8oz.) shredded american cheese  
  • 2 cups (16 oz.) sour cream  
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)  
  • 1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)  
  • 1 pound of cooked and crumbled bacon  
  • 1 medium chopped onion  
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted  
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper    

Method

Mix everything and pour into ungreased 5 qt. crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until potatoes are tender.
