Crowd Pleaser Egg Salad

This recipe makes enough to feed 12-14 guests--and so easy to make. Just mix hard boiled eggs with cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise.
Ingredients
- 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 dozen large hard cooked eggs,
- shelled and chopped
- 1 cup sliced black olives
- Tomato wedges for garnish

Method
In a large bowl mix together cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir in remaining ingredients until evenly coated with dressing. Spoon into serving dish. Cover and chill for at least two hours. Garnish with tomato slices before serving.
Notes: Crowd Pleaser Egg Salad can be served as a side dish or spread on bread to make sandwiches.
