
A great side dish with mashed potatoes that are baked with a crunchy topping. Can serve with just about anything.
Mix milk and water in a bowl until smooth. Add potatoes, onion, egg, salt and cayenne pepper and heat until light and fluffy. Place in 1-1/2 quart casserole. Mix the corn flakes, cheese and margarine and spread over potato mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
