Easy Day Stir Fry

With just 10 minutes and a package of healthy frozen vegetables you can make this quick and easy side dish.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen steamed vegetables; bell pepper, carrots, green beans, etc.
  • 1 small package cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Seasonings of choice, to taste (garlic powder, pepper, salt)

Method

Drizzle a couple tablespoons olive oil to a heated skillet, and then add frozen vegetables. Do not steam them as directed on package. Add sundried tomatoes and seasonings. Cook to desired tenderness. Add cherry tomatoes. Cook for about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and add crumbled feta cheese. Place in serving dish for serving.
