
With just 10 minutes and a package of healthy frozen vegetables you can make this quick and easy side dish.
Drizzle a couple tablespoons olive oil to a heated skillet, and then add frozen vegetables. Do not steam them as directed on package. Add sundried tomatoes and seasonings. Cook to desired tenderness. Add cherry tomatoes. Cook for about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and add crumbled feta cheese. Place in serving dish for serving.
