These mushroom tacos are a great vegetarian main dish, hot appetizer or snack.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine cumin, chili powder, garlic, and vegetable oil and mix well.
Add mushrooms and toss to coat. Marinate for 15 minutes.
Remove mushrooms from marinade. Season with salt and pepper.
Place mushrooms on grill and cook about 5 minutes on each side.
During last few minutes of cooking, place corn tortillas on outer edges of grill rack to toast lightly.
Cut mushrooms into 2 inch long strips.
Lightly season with salt and pepper. Place a few mushrooms strips on each tortilla.
Top with sour cream, salsa, cabbage, and cilantro.
