
Serve this cheese, mushroom and artichoke-filled quiche for breakfast, brunch, or a light dinner. Purchased crust makes it easy.
Quiche Filling:
1. Combine together all quiche filling ingredients and mix well until smooth and thick.
To Assemble Quiche:
2. In a ready to bake pie shell, layer cheeses, then green onions, then basil, artichoke hearts, and mushrooms.
3. Fill pie to the top with quiche filling.
4. Bake quiche in pre-heated 325 degrees F oven for 35-45 minutes or when toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
5. Let quiche cool for 15 minutes before serving.
Notes:
Put quiche onto cookie sheet before assembling. This will make it easier to carry to and from oven.
