Zucchini with a savory tomato, cheese sauce and topped with toasted bread crumbs.
Slice zucchini. Cook in lightly greased skillet over medium heat for a few minutes. Add stewed tomatoes. Cook for 20 minutes until tender. In lightly greased casserole dish, add zucchini and tomatoes, top with cheddar cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.
