
Canned crushed tomatoes are combined with red wine, vegetables, garlic, oregano, basil, rosemary, and marjoram, then slowly simmered to make this salt free spaghetti sauce recipe.
Finely chop the onion and green pepper and crush the garlic. Saute in oil in saucepan until onion and pepper are soft. Add tomatoes and all other ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, about 45 minutes or to desired consistency. For 2 people, cook 4 to 5 ounces of spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. Serve with Sauce and grated parmesan.
