Ingredients:
| ¼ cup | Shredded Mozzarella Cheese |
| ¼ cup | Shredded Parmesan Cheese |
| 4 Tbsp | Mayonnaise |
| 1 tsp | Truffle Oil |
| 2 Tbsp | Minced Green Onions |
| ¼ tsp | Ground Black Pepper |
| 1 tsp | Dried Italian Seasoning |
| 7 oz | Canned Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped |
| 3 Tbsp | Butter or Margarine |
| 8 slices | Sourdough Bread |
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the cheeses, mayonnaise, truffle oil, green onion, pepper, Italian seasoning, and artichoke hearts. Combine thoroughly, then evenly spread the artichoke mixture on 4 of the bread slices. Top with remaining bread slices. Melt half the butter or margarine in a large skillet over medium heat. Spread remaining butter on the bread that hasn't been fried in the skillet yet. Fry sandwiches on each side for 4-5 minutes, or until golden.
