Ingredients:
| ½ | 6" Round Pita, cut lengthwise maintaining a 6" round |
| ¾ cup | Fresh Spinach |
| ½ | Medium Roma Tomato, sliced |
| 1 | Thin Slice Red Onion |
| ⅛ cup | Shredded Parmesan Cheese |
| ¾ oz | Feta Cheese, crumbled |
| ¼ tsp | Crushed Basil |
Directions:
Spray pita half with cooking spray. Top with spinach, tomato, onion, and cheeses.
Sprinkle with crushed basil. Spray all ingredients with cooking spray. Bake in a toaster oven for 8–9 minutes, or until feta is softened, and slightly golden.
